Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only guarantee delivery to addresses accessible via overnight courier. While we can deliver to rural addresses upon request, we cannot ensure overnight delivery and are not liable for any product that becomes compromised or spoiled due to delays associated with rural delivery.

For rural addresses, orders will be frozen and dispatched the following Monday in most cases.

If you live in a rural area, you can have your package delivered to an alternate urban location, such as your workplace, a friend’s address, or a local business. Simply list that location as the delivery address.
