Pierres Journey To The Meat Merchant NZ
It all began for Pierre Marquet in a butcher shop, where he started as a cleaner during his school years. This early experience sparked a passion for chateaubriand and filet mignon that led him to an apprenticeship, then promotions to 2IC and then manager. Over the past decade, Pierre has honed his expertise in procurement. Now, using his many years of experience he's turned his focus to making high-quality meat accessible to everyone, through his new business venture, The Meat Merchant NZ.
